Do I have to call customer service to get 5 gig of the data giveaway added to my account?

Last time I ran out of data I called customer service and they gave me 5 gig of data free and said I had 25 gig left that I could add 5 gigs at a time when needed.  Do I need to call again to get 5 gig added?  I sent an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with all my account information 4 days ago and haven't heard back yet.  I just hate calling on the phone.  Thanks Ray

I find it pretty quick to call Exede as well. Never been on hold for more than a few minutes.  If you need it right away that is the quickest way to get it added.

When I have sent an email on weekdays during the middle of the day, I usually get a response within an hour.  Never tried the phone, though.

Hello Ray, you can either send the email to me or Kimberly. Just make sure that the email is not being auto-corrected that could be a factor as to why we have not received it. Again the email is exedelistens@viasat.com.
