Dissatisfied customer

I am customer of almost 5 years . I keep seeing the commercial of Viasat offers unlimited internet. Why is it that I have not been offered this service? Every month we seem to max out you would think that it would have been offered to their current customers. I’m guessing that want to loose customers.

https://www.viasat.com/ click on  shop for internet service, type in your zip code and towards the bottom you'll see plans in your area. See if that helps you some! But remember, as Matt B said and I was told that too by a phone call to VIASAT that new plans are rolling out next week, so keep checking. I've been with Wildblue/Exede/VIASAT way over 10 years now total, when they first came out as Wildblue, yeah I had issues, so yes I stopped using them but I got them back when they were Exede and since I've had pretty good luck. Living in the country is great but internet wasn't always a good deal out here but VIASAT has new plans and they've been pretty good so far and who knows maybe better for you soon too! Good luck!

Using the customer dashboard at https://account.viasat.com is going to be a better way to see available plans for current customers.  Entering the zip on viasat.com will give an estimate of plans available for new customers, which may not be the same as those available for current customers.

Obviously I’ve done the whole dashboard thing if I am complaining that it’s not available for the current customers. The whole point of this is you shouldn’t be offering something to non existent customers when you can’t even offer it to customers you already have. You should be going out of your way to make your customers happy . If I already have the internet thru you than the unlimited internet should already be available . When you have customers every month that have to add to their usage because of being at their max usage that’s when you should be making it available for that customer. It should not be up to me to continuously have to check their account for something you are offering non existent customers and not for us.

I think everyone is saying the new plans are coming out here and there and it hasn't gotten to your "there" yet.  Be patient and check your dashboard.

Yes I've done the dashboard on my account, I only see the plan I'm on, nothing else is there for me to choose from, so that is why I go to the website and type in my zip so I can see plans in my area! I'm being patient just wondering why nothing shows up and it's been over 4 weeks of nothing there but my plan!
