I replaced my roof and reattached the dish, but I'm not getting any service for a month now. Will likely disconnect it if I can't get it fixed soon.

It sounds like your dish is out of alignment. I would add the maintenance plan to your account and have someone come out to repoint the dish.

Stephen is correct - call the Care line at 855-463-9333 or try out agent chat (if you're somewhere with a working Internet connection). Let the agent know about your issue - misaligned dish - and ask about EasyCare. The agent should be able to help you set up an appointment for a truck roll that will help you get your service restored.

Our dishes require a very precise alignment, as such, a certified tech is required to relocate your dish.
