I am a very understanding person,especially when it come to having problems with companies because I understand you have trouble sometimes. I hate to speak badly about anyones company but I am completely disgusted with the customer service,the speed issues I am constantly having,and the constant trouble logging in to view or pay my bill. I would rather cancel my internet and deal with whatever repercussions that comes with than to continue to deal with this crap. Including having it put on my credit because id be a monkeys butt if I gave you all another dime,UGHHHHHH!!!!  And every other customer you people have,have been complaining about the same issues it seems since yall started. Do you not care to resolve anything?
