Hi! I want to know how my service constantly uses up my data and I switch off my devices from using WiFi connection? I have an iPhone & iPad and I check constantly to make sure the connection is disabled. As of tonight, Oct 25th, I just configured my NEW MODEM and I haven't been able to use my laptops or iPad for internet connection in my home for at least 4 days now. What can I do to stop this madness??!!!
