When I signed on for a LONG two year contract with this company, I was told I would be getting a rate for a full year as a discount since I am also an AT&T customer and Directv customer. Well, three months in and my bill goes up $20!!  The only reason I switched from my local internet provider (which actually provided BETTER service) was to have that $20 savings. $20 isn't a ton of money, but over the course of a year, it adds up!!  I am so ticked!!  I spoke with an agent over the chat and there's nothing they can do!!!  

I will be telling everyone not to sign on with this JOKE of a provider.  

Probably worth the $15 a month to pay to get out of this contract.  GOOD BYE Viasat!

If you select satellite internet ONLY because you want to save money as part of a bundled package, that is not a good reason to select it.

This is why I don't like 3rd party sales representatives. They tell any lie they can to make that commission.
