We are moving, and have to take the new internet offered in our community. So I called to ask for a cancellation of current internet service as we are trying to change everything over. Representative was very short in dialogue and didn't communicate well, just said "hold on a second", and she disconnected us right that instant! Why? I didn't ask for that, and what service changes like this happens instantaneously! I asked to be reconnected as we still have time living here and we've paid for this period and they can't reconnect me with out a 24 month contract. How is that possible you can be instantaneously disconnected and it can't be undone?! You flipped a switch one way, and now that's just not possible. Way to ruin an otherwise great service experience. Train your service people better to avoid this situation, and don't have policies that you can't fix for your human error.
