I can't keep my discount from when I signed up to upgrade my services for a better plan I will lose my discount for the next 3 months and I was never explained this until now. I would have upgraded to the 150GB if I could keep my discount. Which is by the way a lot more money. Did anyone else know this?

It's a promotional discount on the plan selected when subscribing, not your account. Different plans have different discount percentages. Change plans before the promo period ends and you lose that plan's discount. The coupon has no cash value by itself. You don't get to apply it to the plan you upgraded to or even downgrade to if that's case. it's not a credit and it was there to entice you into becoming a subscriber and committing to a minimum two year service term. It's a marketing ploy like most promos and it appears to have worked. Ride it out for the three months then upgrade if needed.

I fear you are headed for much more frustration and disappointment beyond this simple administrative hassle... you might do better to explain what perceived shortcoming you're trying to address by upgrading to a more expensive plan.
