Not happy with service

I could not be more disappointed with this service. I thought I had issues with Verizon service, their service was fabulous comparatively, just their customer service sucked. This service, exceed, WildBlue...fastest internet? I don't think so, their service sucks all the way around! I cannot wait until April gets here and I can get rid of this sorry excuse for internet that I pay through the nose for and still cannot get on the internet or by magic my service restarts on the 8th but come the 13th I have absolutely no data to use, how does that happen??? I work 10 hours a day 5 days a week somebody explain this to me because their customer service can not. The entire scheme to get people signed up and caught in a 2 year contract is nothing less than false advertising and incompetence on the part of the company not informing their technicians of what they are selling.

Wow. Short and sweet I thought I had it good coming from Hughesnet crap. I so loved dialup speeds. Now, I'm lucky to see a 2mb burst for a second, normally it's about 1mb - 1.5mb... burst!  after this service boasting ,, what? I fapped this service 5 days before the last bill was due and, kool, my bad. NOw I'm watching every stinking bit and byte. And behold, now after paying for the next monthly rip I've somehow used 5gigs just surfing the normal website reading  in five days... AMAZING! I do download what I want, but only after the so called free time.  I hated Hughesnet's guts.. atm, no fan of this service either! Next complaint will be to the Va State corp commission. 
Oh, and please don't give me this check with speedtest this or that site, because I know what comes in to "MY" computer at any given time, automatically, and know most ISP's "UN-throttle" these kinds of speed test sites. I've started screen recording my speeds and saving all network logs now.
One must have their ducks in a row when preparing for battle. Ilove how I can't f@#$%# sing in to this crap with my account yet you send me a GD bill there every month.. Yes I'm Pissed OFF!
