I could not be more disappointed with this service. I thought I had issues with Verizon service, their service was fabulous comparatively, just their customer service sucked. This service, exceed, WildBlue...fastest internet? I don't think so, their service sucks all the way around! I cannot wait until April gets here and I can get rid of this sorry excuse for internet that I pay through the nose for and still cannot get on the internet or by magic my service restarts on the 8th but come the 13th I have absolutely no data to use, how does that happen??? I work 10 hours a day 5 days a week somebody explain this to me because their customer service can not. The entire scheme to get people signed up and caught in a 2 year contract is nothing less than false advertising and incompetence on the part of the company not informing their technicians of what they are selling.
