Disappearing data

I think it's ridiculous that I almost always get a message saying I've used up all my data - I'd like a detailed printout of my daily usage. I just can't see it. We don't do movies, so this makes no sense to me. What else can cause data useage?

Hi Cindy,

We're currently working on a usage meter with more details but have offered access to a beta test here https://community.exede.com/exede/topics/give-our-new-usage-tool-a-test-drive
There's a few 3rd party options and 3rd party routers that offer exact details but the link I provided may give you a better idea of where the data is going

I know I've exceeded my limit. A while ago I got a higher limit -- didn't help. Still run out with a week to go in the month, as before.

DON'T INSULT ME BY TELLING ME AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN THAT I HAVE EXCEEDED MY LIMIT-- GOT IT!
Your repeated messages just slow things down even more. Don't need that.

well it could be that the devices you are connected to your network maybe the issue. also try to not have the updates onto your devies automatically and try and use it as manual update. cause automatic always downloads automatically. as manual updates you can pick and choose which devices you want to download the updates to...
