difference between bill and charge on auto-pay.

I have my bill on auto-pay from my AMEX card. The bill shows that my bill of $110.53 was paid; but I got an alert that $ 125.00 was charged against my AMEX card. What gives?

Oliver, this forum is not connected to your account and, we cannot see your account here. You will need to contact Exede by emailing your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com or, calling 855-463-9333. They will be able to give you the details of your bill.
