So...  eSVT is still up... has the silly banner point you to the totally useless (in comparison) chatbot on Facebook.

Did ExedeListens actually listen?  Is this a small victory??

Is there ANY chance that the new tool  that we have been promised will be available before myeSVT goes away for good?

I think the whole reason we were going to cut access to myESVT would be due to some interference it has with the final tool.....that's just what I was told. The new tool will incorporate a lot of myESVT (usage type, health status, daily usage, ect) so it's more or less just a Voltron-esque combination of the old meter, myESVT and some other cool features

If it's like EasyChat, I think the meter is going to be the big issue. Just like the portal, it gives no details of usage, just total month to date usage. That is all but useless when you are trying to see when and where excessive usage happened.

At least we need to know dates and if it was streaming, updates or, other. Even just the dates and those three types of usage would help.

not everyone uses facebook so why not make it where you can login with the myexede dashboard info? they do not want you to see detailed because it would conflict the meters lol

haha kinda gave a geek answer Michael. I was meaning it's going to be a hodgepodge of a few tools thrown together. It won't be like EasyChat, that's a completely different thing that the company put out but it won't be related to the new tool at all. The new tool will very much be like ESVT but more user friendly to better serve the bulk of our customers and will have the charts, the data breakdowns, ect. that you guys all like about eSVT. I believe it's a replacement for the classic dashboard (my.exede.com). Honestly looking at the previews it's very similar to eSVT but with some more user friendly navigation

Thanks , Brad!  It seems like someone could have explained the new tool like this, to start with,  and saved everyone on here a lot of "heartburn"!!!

Excellent Brad, we geeks knew that already but now, everyone does. Thank you for de-geeking it so that we can explain it to everyone in non geek-speak. :)

haha every so often some pop-culture reference will slip through...I think that day I saw a shirt of the Voltron lions lounging on a cat-tree so it was pretty fresh in my mind. But yeah the new tool I think is going to be well received especially by those of you that got to try out eSVT as it's going to incorporate a lot of those features. I think it's still being fine tweaked but I liked what I saw and I think you guys will too.
