So, I have 70% of data left, clear skies, and my download speed is 131.55 KBPS! That's not a lot for my $119 bucks a month. What is going on? Router checks out fine, and still get this when plugged directly into modem.
yeah me too. still have paid for data left, speed and page loads are horrible today! good weather. still not happy with super slow speeds on data I paid for during the holidays. we should get a credit for this stuff
Hopefully this morning the speeds have restored. There could be several things that can factor into this. The most effective way to pin down what's going on is calling us at 855-463-9333 as the slow speeds are happening so we can find out what's causing this.
