I would like to delete the credit card auto pay option that happened today and make my payment online myself.

Credit card auto pay and automatic bank draft are the only options available to pay your monthly bill.

Hi Barbara, there is not an option to have Exede service without auto-pay. You do however have the choice of changing your billing cycle date for more convenience. Please call our Customer Care Line at 866-945-3258 to speak with a Care Representative concerning your billing, they would be more than happy to assist.  Thank you

To bad Viasat doesn’t put the same effort in giving you your moneys worth versus takeing your money. I wonder how they would feel if I didn’t pay my bill and called them and told them my money was in a high congestive area this month . Works for them don’t see why it want work for us.

well thanks you for seeing my point here man. However, they have removed my comment, I am sure due to my language...they did not say that was why, but it must be. Also I have received comments from 2 other people that I am most sure are posing as customers but who are in all reality, employees at Viasat. One of them said this, "Why not get a separate credit card or debit card that you use only for Viasat? If that is not something you are willing to do, then, Adios, and thanks for the additional bandwidth for the rest of us"....sounds to me like he is a total idiot being that my changing companies is NOT going to give him and the other customers more bandwidth...whoever he is a jerk...but as you well know, the world is full of jerks and rip off companies in this new and screwed up age we are living in. I am hacked on a daily basis on my computer and am afraid to leave my CC info on ANY site. Nevertheless, thanks for your comment and vote of support. :)

It does work for you. As a consumer, just take your business elsewhere.
