I would like to delete the credit card auto pay option that happened today and make my payment online myself.
Hi Barbara, there is not an option to have Exede service without auto-pay. You do however have the choice of changing your billing cycle date for more convenience. Please call our Customer Care Line at 866-945-3258 to speak with a Care Representative concerning your billing, they would be more than happy to assist. Thank you
To bad Viasat doesn’t put the same effort in giving you your moneys worth versus takeing your money. I wonder how they would feel if I didn’t pay my bill and called them and told them my money was in a high congestive area this month . Works for them don’t see why it want work for us.
