You get unlimited data. Your 150GB will be at the best speed available at any given time. After 150GB, speeds are going to fluctuate more, but you are not "cut off".

That is nice to know, however waiting for an email to open but the server timing out before it opens is not even fluctuating its plan not working. Any suggestions on how to work around this?

Short of not going over 150GB, try in the off prime hours.

What he said, even on an unlimited plan, speeds are going to suck compared to whatever you get during the day.

Thanks to all that responded. I talked to customer service and didn't understand what was meant. You helped me understand what I'm dealing with. I am new and thought unlimited meant that." unlimited"

Veteran SatUser is correct. If you've gone over 150GB you are subject to being deprioritized on the network which means we may slow your connection down to accommodate those that haven't met their plan limit. Some areas may see it more than others but it's all dependent on the Network and how busy it is on those peak hours. Outside of that you can continue seeing the same performance as before you hit the 150GB mark.

So on our Unlimited plans you don't face a Data Cap where you are entirely cut off from the internet unless you buy more data, nor do you get put in a constant state of being throttled like in the Liberty Pass option on our Liberty Plans.
