December 2nd...have lost over 70% of data???

My service reset on the 20th, so in less than 10 days my data gone?? We DO NOT stream, facebook, online game or netflix. I even have a separate data plan thru my phone which NEVER NEVER is on wifi. Have secure router and everything. Not to mention, we were barely home due to the holiday. So what gives?? Could someone please help me here???? Exede?????????

Same thing is happening to me. Last month it was gone in 6 days and this month I'm at 75% usage in 7 days. Same as the OP, no netflix, video streaming or data intense downloads. 10G should last more than a week! If I could get out of this contract I would find another provider or use the hotspot on my phone.
