Data used up in 2 days?

I received an email today about my data usage is at 76%. My data reset TWO days ago! Anyone else having issues with data usage? Last month the data ran out earlier than it should as well, just not after Two days.

im not having this issue..has the internet windows been left open 24/7? and has any video's been watched quite a bit? anyone been listening to music on the internet?.reason i i learned the hard way,that video's and music will use up the useage pretty fast,when not carefull about it..

Please shoot us an email at with either your account number or the phone number tied to your account. 

There could be many things that would cause this including the reasons jimLE posted above, unsecured router, background apps, ect. We can take a better look if you can email this information to us.

I used over 10 gig in less than a week. Turns out I had 11 devises using my router. I called 855-627-2225 ( or 2725) they did CSI work and helped me change router Pass Word. Yes there were other people including Ipads (I own no smart phones) using my acct.Good luck.
