I have the Liberty plan with 30 gb of data. Several days ago we went over that amount. Today it says we have 7 days left, which is correct, but now it shows we've only used 7.6 gb of data. It's like it reset before the end of my billing period. Is there some kind of glitch?
Last month, mine reset to less than my data limit three different times. It is just a glitch in their system, just be happy, you are getting extra data at the Priority speeds. On your regular reset date, it will return to 0.0 for the next month.
