For the third or fourth month in a row I get that I have used 70% data, which ultimately ends us with getting metered in a week or so. I have taken all but one device off of my wifi and it stay turned off most of the time. I am a network director so I am pretty confident that I am not using the data. How can I get my usage report? I now have pretty good 4G in the area so I am very close to pulling the plug on this and I am out from under my contract period. Exede needs to answer me or you'll lose another customer fast!
