Data usage meter always reads 0.0GB

Log into our account on multiple occasions this month to monitor our data usage and what do we get?  "0.0"GB used so far this month!  WHAT!!??  We use the internet daily!  REALLY?
Called customer service.  Yikes!  Absolutely no help!  Didn't have that information!!
What kind of operation are you people running here?  Sure would like to know if we are close to exceeding our plan limit!

I've noticed this as well.  The meter has been down for almost a week, it says 0G used.

Guess this means we don't have to pay for any data usage for the month of December!!!!  HOORAY!!

I have checked my usage meter often through out the month and it hasn't moved off 0.0. Then the other day I get an email stating that I need to monitor my usage because I have used 70% of my data. So I went my Exede account website to check out the meter and guess what it still says 0.0. So tell me how I'm suppose to monitor it if it isn't calculating my data usage.

Paula - This happened to me a few weeks ago and when I contacted Exede, they said to enjoy it while it lasted.  It lasted until my normal cycle reset.
