Is it possible to get my usage totals for prior months? I'm just looking for a total for the month - not details by day. Essentially, a history of what the dashboard is showing at the end of each month.

Hi Bill,

In addition to what Jim16 has stated, you have the ability to view only your current and previous month data usage through your myesvt, this is the only data consumption information we provide history wise.

Why is it impossible for Exede to have usage history for no more than two months?? Hughesnet had full history available for customers, so why not Exede?

HughesNet has use history going back for as long as 60 days:

Considering the number of subscribers each company has the amount of resources it would take to save all that info would become burdensome.

Probably for the very reason Gwalk900 suggests. Even I can't see past the current and prior month. There are some 3rd party tools that may allow you to do this though but since I can't support, endorse or recommend them as they are not our product I think a quick search on the forum or Google will give some suggestions

I have been with Exede since April 2012. I have my usage history going back to that date available. I record my usage every day in an Excel spreadsheet, and keep these monthly reports. This spreadsheet shows both the Exede  meter reading and  my ASUS wireless router meter reading, as well as the monthly totals. If you want to see your usage over long periods of time, you must take the effort to keep track of it yourself. As Gwalk900 stated above, for your ISP to keep this kind of information for all their customers, it would take a huge amount of storage space, and a very small number of subscribers ever ask for it.
