I have 14 days left before I get more data and I've already used 12 GB! Seriously! I don't get it, I'm an old lady that isn't on that much and don't even use youtube or netflix or any of that stuff! Find me another internet provider for the love of Pete!

No it won't. When she hits her limit it slows down to a crawl. You can't watch videos, play some games, etc.And they do this so you have to pay more for more data.

I don't blame you. If I had another server in my area, I wouldnt be with this company.Just like I just got a warning I have used 70percent already. In ONE week, actually 6 days. But doing the same stuff, and it was the 20th of the month before the warning last month. I just cant get another server yet.

Being highly suspicious, I monitor my network on both Ends--the exede usage meter and what my Wi-Fi router sends. Even though I have a password protected home network, I worry that someone may be mooching off my network. If I see a lot of usage when I am not at home I know I have a data thief.

If you have an unsecured home network anyone can steal data bandwidth from you.

Shawne - If your description of your usage is accurate then you have a data leak somewhere.  Is your WiFi password protected?  Do you have DirecTV connected to your Internet?  Are you running Windows 10?  There are a lot of ways to run up your data usage that can catch you off guard.

Same problem....  My billing date is the 8th of the month, and I've used 33% in 2 days.  (I'm on Windows 8, and turn my workstation off in the evening.)

Consider installing Glasswire (https://www.glasswire.com/) on all of your Windows boxes - it'll tell you in fairly certain terms where your data is going (assuming no router related data loss or installation issues).
