data usage

My account won't let me monitor my date usage every since I complained about the Exede wipping out the extra bandwidth I bought to make it to the reload date.

Do you mean, you can not login to : ?

Or when you do, the " CURRENT DATA USAGE " does not show up?

Have you contacted any of the Exede rep's here in the forum? Use this email contact:

I'm sure they will help you. Exede is not out to hurt customers or take away your data allotment. 

Don't cuss them and I know they will help to resolve your data loss issues.
