Data Restriction Goof Up

You sent an e-mail saying I am on data restriction, 100% usage although I purchased an additional 5 GB of data, and my usage indicator shows 75% (15 of 20). Please advise!

Harold, is your speed indicating that you are in fact at slower speeds, or is speed showing normal? That email may be simply system generated because you used all of the data included in your plan.

I've had that happen, I get the email but, checking usage still shows "Speed: Normal" because I bought more after the computer generated the 100% used email.
