Called last night inquiring why half of my data was gone in 1 day. Rep was not helpful claimed it was Windows 10. i know this was not the case but I had not upgraded yet; I had had no major systems upgrade; and history showed last microsoft update was in July not on Aug 1st. I asked for some GB to be added to account. She refused and was very rude. Called this morning- spoke to Linda! Very nice and very helpful!! Thank you!! Linda knows how to keep customers satisfied.
