Data plan not enough

When I went to got this a few months ago I was told that I will have more than enough to do what I do now and still be able to add Netflix and have plenty. They were wrong. I do nothing different and run out every month...then it is VERY slow., and I still never got netflix. I have only had it a few months, but feel that I was very misinformed. How can I get out of my contract?

We tried to get out of our service just 10 days after we signed up and they would not let us out.  At the same time, we signed up for DirectTV and was not happy with it either.  They let us out of our contract but not Excede.  Right now our problem with them is we were living in an RV before we built our new house, now we are in our house we need our service moved.  Now the move is only about 50 feet but yet they want $200 to move our service.  Needless to say we have not moved it!
