So, my last post, I didn't realize about my.exede.net (Thank you, person who helped). Yesterday, a storm rolled in Ohio, so I unplugged the plug from the storm breaker. This also happened too be my new billing period. When I get back on this morning, I see all my gigs have been used up. How can all the gigs have been used up whilst the modem and router were unplugged?

I’m sorry to hear about your usage concerns. Please note that the Usage Meter is intended to be used as a guide to help you monitor your usage totals. It can take up to 24 hours to reflect updates. If your modem is currently offline, the Usage Meter will not update and may not display your correct "Current Service State" until later.
