I have been an exede member since 2011 or 2012,I forgot. Although, since around September 2014 my data has been acting up. After I go over the 10GB before the months around September 2014 I could still be able to use messaging apps like Snapchat or Kik to keep in touch with family. Now ever since I can't use them it says I have no connection but my phone and Mac can still surf the web. Can someone help me out or have the same issue?
