After spending 2 hrs on the phone with 2 different reps we were told that everything was fine with our acct even though our data had basically disappeared. We have been with Exede for a couple of years with no problems and we have never ran over on data. We purchased more data, from 10 to 25) on Friday and it's almost gone. After finding the blog, I see we are not the only ones having this issue. Our office is closed on the weekends. I checked our data late Monday afternoon and it was at 18.4, checked first thing this morning and we are now at 20.8, Eight more days to go and there is no way our 25 gb will last. Now what? Something is wrong but no one will admit anything. This is frustrating and time consuming. We will start looking for a new service soon if nothing changes.
