Data disappearing

After spending 2 hrs on the phone with 2 different reps we were told that everything was fine with our acct even though our data had basically disappeared.  We have been with Exede for a couple of years with no problems and we have never ran over on data.  We purchased more data, from 10 to 25) on Friday and it's almost gone.  After finding the blog, I see we are not the only ones having this issue.  Our office is closed on the weekends.   I checked our data late Monday afternoon and it was at 18.4, checked first thing this morning and we are now at 20.8,  Eight more days to go and there is no way our 25 gb will last.  Now what?  Something is wrong but no one will admit anything.  This is frustrating and time consuming.  We will start looking for a new service soon if nothing changes.

Hi Stacie,
My first though is to contact one of the Exede reps here in the forum. Their outcome on customers problem is much better that the phone help you have already used.

Send an email to with your account # and personal contact info. They can get additional detail about your connection and look at the back sited of your modem. Be sure your modem is left on so the tech's can access it.

They will help you and probably address your lost data/ Gig's. Like I said, its better than the phone service.

Thank you Everett, I appreciate the information  I will do that.  Supposedly we will be getting a call later for Exede to run a test to see if there are any issues with our system.  We spent more time on the phone with them this morning and this was something they said they would do.
