In 3 days, according to Exede's data calculator, we have used 6.5 gigs of data. My daughter watched an episode an a half of an hour long show last night and the day before I streamed all of 5 minutes of Pacific Rim to see if my grand daughter would watch this. Considering how much internet time and streaming one should be able to do with with that much data, one would think we sat on our computers all day and streamed content. 2.4 gigs disappeared in one day and we didn't stream anything. My daughter was on the internet for an hour doing work for Allstate that didn't use any streaming at all. I am sick of the answer always being'you were streaming' Umm, when? Is it possible watching a DVD on an Xbox360 is causing this? It is the only thing different we have been using. Any answers would be great since I am about to 86 my service. The lack of real customer service is frustrating and definitely on par with Comcast's idea of service. Any ideas?
