Data consumption - repost

I'm reposting this, because apparently nobody had time to help me, but somehow a moderator had time to scrutinize my post for language and censor it.

I'm out of data (and really, nobody in the first world should have to say that about their home internet connection). An Exede rep said that only about a third of the data usage was from web browsing, and most of it was file sharing. I do have a server running with a few services, but it doesn't get traffic from outside the LAN. Here's a list of the running processes:

The only file sharing services running are Transmission and FTPd. Transmission is set to ONLY download between midnight and 5AM (the unlimited period), and nobody uses FTP on it besides me, from within the same LAN. And this isn't Microshaft Winblows, it doesn't do anything until I tell it to, so it's not forcibly updating or downloading useless UWP apps from the Windows store. So please, someone tell me how a lowly FreeBSD box that's not being accessed from the outside, that doesn't do ANYTHING during the day but filter ads, is using up so much data?

If that's really set for midnight I'd change that to 12:15am. I'd also change that 5am to 4:45am.

I shouldn't have to compensate for Exede not holding up their end of the deal.

Fine, then don't complain.
