I'm a new customer to Excede...had it only a week and received an email that I've used 70% of my data.  How can that be?  I'm at work most of the day and only use the internet minimally when I come home.  I informed customer service of my issue and they gave me 5 gigs  to help me through the month.  Well..after speaking with them, I left my home for several hours only to return and notice that 3 gigs had been used during my absence.  There was noone home during this time so how could this have happened.  I'm fed up with all the lies and truly disappointed in this service.  Definitely a major let down!!!!!

The first link also describes how data can be consumed in your absence. In addition, you should determine whether any other devices in your home are configured to connect to your wireless router automatically assuming you have a router.

Concerned citizen, many things can account for data usage while away from your personal devices. Definitely check out the links provided above and also shoot your info over to exedelistens@viasat.com. From there, I can take a look at your data with you to see what's been eating it up so quickly.
