I'm a new customer to Excede...had it only a week and received an email that I've used 70% of my data. How can that be? I'm at work most of the day and only use the internet minimally when I come home. I informed customer service of my issue and they gave me 5 gigs to help me through the month. Well..after speaking with them, I left my home for several hours only to return and notice that 3 gigs had been used during my absence. There was noone home during this time so how could this have happened. I'm fed up with all the lies and truly disappointed in this service. Definitely a major let down!!!!!
