Data Allowance used up inexplicably, seems to be counting LNFZ when it shouldn't.

My allowance is claiming to be used up yet I haven't been online all that much, and then I've only been on mostly during the Late Night Free Zone. What's the deal?

Possibly related, last month (before my last refill) I used up my bandwidth and got the "you have exceeded your allowance" message... at 3 in the morning, which should be during the Late Night Free Zone. Is Exede/Wildblue's meter counting the late night now, or have I just been experiencing a glitch?

That actually depends on your plan, not all plans include a free zone. I assume yours is supposed to.

Have you had any connectivity issues or, updated that may have occurred outside of the free zone, or continued beyond the free zone time slot? Have any downloads carried past the end of the free zone? For example if you began a 2 GB download at 3 AM, thinking it would be finished by 5 AM but, it still had a few 100 MB to go at 5 AM and, you did not pause it, then restart it later, it may have counted the entire file size as usage.

Hi Jimmy,  Bev is correct. It all depends on when you start and stop the download.   I always suggest you begin a couple of minutes after the free time zone and stop about 2 minutes before it ends.
