Dashboard shows no available plans!

Usually my dashboard shows multiple available plans.  In the past few days there has been nothing available.  Is this a glitch in the system or are all plans really full?

Well, that is something new. Mine (Beam 329 / VA) went from 7 plans to 3. Three Liberty Plans, 12, 25 and 50GB.

It should show your current plan at a minimum. If there is an error message stating that plans available could not be loaded, try using a different browser, or clearing the cache for your browser. I have had problems with the Firefox browser not loading plans in the past, but do not use Firefox anymore.

My Dashboard went from 7 plans to three now, along with my Freedom plan. I am on Beam 314, my guess is that my beam has been adding subscribers, or people on my beam have switched to the higher GB plans and ViaSat is trying to limit the bandwidth to a usable level.

0 plans showing on mine, as well (other than my current plan).

Might be a symptom of some reporting issues we are seeing on our side this morning.  Check again this afternoon, if you're still seeing the same, call into Care at 855-463-9333, they'll see if there's an issue with your account.
