Dashboard not up to date

We had to change credit card numbers due to possible fraud on the credit card (unrelated to viasat) I called and spoke with a rep, changed the cc number for auto billing AND paid the current bill.  That was several days ago.  My dashboard still says we need to pay past due bill and update our cc number.  Tried chat and that was useless (began to think it was not a real person, just some sort of robot!)

We ALL are subject to have to change a account number. We should not have to jump through hoops to make a change especially if we're on auto pay. THANKS
