I'm going to post my "daily speed tests" here, they will be during peak, and non-peak times. Feel free to post your speed tests here as well.
ViaSat/Exede is going to launch another satellite on April 25, 2017 which once they get it online that will take the load off the east coast beam which "should" increase everyone's speeds during peak times (5pm to 2am).

ummm ok first of all you NEED to be connected to the modem... NOT via wifi... cause via wifi DOESNT get good signal onto speedtest app... i mean it helps BUT!!! doesnt give the correct speeds. OR you can just plug your computer into the router and that is good to go :3 ill post my speeds as well also here as well during peek hours also :3

Isn't 14mbps low for off peak hours?
I had the same problem, in non-peak hours I was getting 20,22, 23, sometimes 24mbps, after I had a tech out, saying he re-pointed my dish. After he left I put the dish in install mode and sure enough it was just beeping and the beeps was spaced far apart too!
SO I tweaked the dish's alignment until I got a solid tone as it should have been done in the first place. Locked it down and now I'm getting (as you can see) screaming speeds in non-peak hours.
It's only in the peak hours that I have a problem and am unhappy with their service. ✌️

How do you "tweak" your dish's alignment? To get the solid tone? I was told they don't send techs out.

Who told you that? Of course they send techs out to fix the equipment.

Here is both a Speedtest.net test using Firefox (cache deleted and restarted) and then using the Speedtest.net app ona Windows 10 system plugged directly into the modem using a 10/100 cable.
