Cutoff On Last Day Of Billing Cycles?

I am on the 50GB business plan. Yesterday was the last day of my billing cycle and in the evening with 40 GB still remaining on my account my connectivity stopped until 10AM of the following day (1st day of new billing cycle with new data allotment. Is this going to be pattern on the last day of every billing cycle?

No. You should not lose service with priority data remaining in your billing cycle. Call Viasat and ask them why you lost service for so many hours.

I'm on the Business 35 plan which gives you 75Gb of data. I went over my limit on Thursday and it kept working although on Friday night things came to a crawl. I reset Saturday morning.

They said it was a weather issue, not at my location, but at the other end (gateway?). 14 hours cut off due to weather? We are both old, in the boonies, and 1/2 hour from any hospital.This is a bit scary since our phone service (ooma) depends on internet access to work.

I take it you can't get cell service at your location?
