As far as I'm concerned Exede is a joke. They took funds out of my account for extra gigs that I didn't authorize. When I called them, they even confirmed that I had not authorized the additional purchase, but still refused to refund my money. It took me two days, countless hours, a call to my attorney, and finally getting someone with good sense, and then they give me an account credit. What? You took the money out of my account unauthorized, and one of YOUR supervisors confirmed that. Maybe you should consult with your counsel, because according to mine, that is theft. I authorized monthly payment, and you took it upon yourself to take more than credit my account. I'm on a fixed income and that is highly unethical business behavior. I had to contact everyone in the company for two days before I even got a account credit. I'm sorry but I'm dead to right and I should have got the money back in my bank, and compensation for all the trouble I was put through. I was treated like crap on the phone even after I said I had an email saying that the gigs were free. I don't like being told that I don't matter or that I'm a liar. I think after all that I should be given free internet for a year, but that will never happen because Exede never does anything wrong. Lord help us.
