Exede may be worst internet provider EVER!!! I have only been a customer 4 months and service has been down at some point every month. I am wrongly billed every month, on top of this, they want to charge you for having someone come out and fix THEIR PROBLEM. Ridiculous. Another issue is data, I work long hours so I am only on the internet a couple hours a day. My 10 GB plan is gone with in 3 days. They say you get 1-5 mb through liberty pass, well, I checked mine every 3 hours for about a week and the best I get is .37mb. Almost as bad as dial up. They guaranteed me there would not be alot of people on my stream so there would be no lag time. Another lie. I am wondering how many of you would be interested in exploring options for a class action law suit against Exede for knowingly misleading it's customers. We are over billed for horrible service. Because they are pretty much the only game in our area, they take advantage of customers by gouging them. From reading this forumn, hundreds more have the same problems I am having. It's time to fight back.

I can certainly understand the concerns with your data consumption being used at a rapid pace. Understand that a large part of unknown consumption in most cases can come from:  Updates, Storage, Media and Communication. If you would like us to further look into what could be consuming your data cap so quickly please send us your account and contact info to so we can take a peek into your data usage and provide more answers for you.
