Internet drops when it wants to, I called and asked for a tech to come out because we had a case of bad weather. Customer service read a list of why they would send out a tech and dropped internet was not one of them.?? But if I cancelled my service I would still have to pay for the remaining they said I'm due. But if I keep my service I would pay for services that I don't have. ?? Asked to speak to a supervisor, had me on hold for 20 minutes, then was transferred to a tech instead of a supervisor. Customer rep was not the helpful rep she is suppose to be. Exced needs to find people to work for them who cares about their customers like the techs that listen to the customer's complaints. 2 thumbs up for tech and down for customer service.
