Hi, I tried emailing customer service, but even though they have a contact for "new customers" (I assumed they meant potential..), I couldn't contact them without having an account with them.. which I don't have.. I wanted to email them to see if I wanted to sign up with them.  Guess they hate money, lol!

Anyway, so if anyone knows how to email them without an account, please let me know.

Otherwise, does anyone know if you're charged if you go over their plan with the Liberty plans? Or does your internet just slow down?

You can always email us at exedelistens@viasat.com. You do not get charged for data overage, on the Liberty plans you do see the speeds slow. Here's more information on that particular plan and how it works. http://www.exede.com/liberty/

You are not automatically charged if you exceed your priority data. Your speed is slowed and whether those speeds are usable has been the subject of much debate here. During peak hours on overloaded beams they may not be.

However, you do always have the option of buying more priority data ($10 per GB) to restore priority speeds.

Thanks, and then would that priority data purchase be a one time thing, or would it be added every month following?
