Customer code?

I've had exede internet for a year and this morning when I try to connect I get a screen that says installation provisioning portal. It's asking for a customer code. Where would I find this?

You shouldn't need to do this. It is asking you to provision the modem which is done at installation. You will not be able to complete provisioning without an installer password. I would try re-booting your modem and see if it corrects it self. Where do you live (city, state)?

Try the reboot and if it's still asking I'd recommend calling in at 855-463-9333 as this is something we have to override.
