Customer code?

The internet is saying that it cant find a secure network then asks for a customer code but I don't have one. A person from wild blue set everything up for me about a year ago. Why is it asking me for this now and I have no idea where to get it because I get a box or anything because you guys set it up for me. How do I fix it?

Hello Vicki, it appears for some reason you’re receiving the customer activation page to which you should not be viewing. Please give us a call at 866.945.3258 so we can get this taken care of as soon as possible.

I got that also a few days ago. Reset your modem, unplug it for 30 seconds. It worked for me.
