Creating a new email account for exede.net

I am a new customer with Exede and I'm hoping to create a new email account. However, since the migration is either about to happen or in progress, I am wondering if anyone knows when I can create a new account on the new email system for exede.net.

I did try signing up for an account but I got an error message that my phone number and account number did not match. After contacting chat support, they informed me that this was because the migration was in progress. Does anyone know if that information is correct?

A bit of an update.. Just given what I am seeing posted in the community. I plan on holding off creating a new account for a while to let all the kinks in the system work themselves out.

Hi Joshua,  When it is time
to migrate your email, you will receive an email from ViaSat. When you receive
the email, you will be instructed on how to migrate your account and the
timeframe to do it. If you do not do within that timeframe, you will lose access
to all your email. Please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your
account information or visit www.exede.com, if you need additional information. Have a

Hi Diana,

I'm not sure you understood the nature of my question. I don't yet have an email account to migrate. I just joined and I'm waiting to sign up for an email account. Unless my underlying Exede account is somehow tied to the email migration?
