This is ridiculous!!! I have bought additional data 4 times this month the last time being yesterday. I cannot import data into my tax return because the connection is running so slowly. I can't wait to move to get away from this horrible service! $200 a month and I still can't send a simple document. This service sucks!!!

With the GB giveaway they are promoting, why buy the data? you should be able to email exedelistens@viasat.com and ask for the free GB in 5GB increments. Make sure you ask for the free GB though, and do not get mistakenly talked into changing your plan as this will extend your contract.
