Contract

When I spoke to the sales person about your voice plan I was told it would work for me down in my husbands shed I told him how important it was that it work or I did not want it! It does not work in his shed and it cuts out in the house I do not want the phone part of the package! I am happy so far with the internet! I believe in WI we have a law of 72 hours of not wanting a contract mine started on 4/11/16 and today is 4/12/16. I am not paying any fines for a contract that didn't get activated until today! There are no trial periods in any state.

If the phone does not work in the shed, it's not the fault of the exede voice.  The wireless base you have plugged into the exede voip adapter is not powerful enough to transmit to your husband's shed.  You will need a base station that is capable of the necessary distance.

Starring Matters is correct, it is not the Exede Voice adapter, it's the range of your cordless phone. Generally basses with multiple handsets do better. I have an AT&T cordless with Exede voice and it works for a distance about 100 yards (that's a football field) from the base. beyond that it cuts out. That's all I need but, you may need a longer distance.

Metal walls will also interfere with wireless phones so, if your husband's shed is metal, that would be a possible problem as well.
