Charged $75 for service I’ve tried to cancel. I want the phone number for the corporate office. No supervisor will reverse the charge.

You can reach someone at corporate by sending and email to Viasatlistens@viasat.com. That goes to the corporate office that monitors this forum. They do not give out the phone number there so, none of us knows that, you have to email them.

I am already a customer - but cannot get thru to speak to customer service
real person unless I want to HOLD FOR 36 mins or longer... I have texted
both technicians .
I have been a customer for exactly one month - & in that one month - you
people need to know that your service is horrendous - connection even on a
good day has to reboot at least every hour & mostly days has issues every 10
mins - they have been out to adjust the dish & made it worse!!!! for the
service your provide it is short of extortion for the price you charge & the
service or NON service..... since my choices in this area is YOUR company -
BUT I felt that I needed to share with your firm - if I could have found your
corporate I would share it with them also & will when I can find it

Lauri, this is a public forum, not a way to send email to Viasat. You can call Customer Care at 855-463-9333 if you are having problems with your service or, you can email your account and contact information and, a description of your problem to Viasatlistens@viasat.com if you prefer email.

waiting - no reply to me but y'all can drain my acct & I have literally had  NO service - I had to come into houston to be able to get uninterrupted service
