Charged $75 for service I’ve tried to cancel. I want the phone number for the corporate office. No supervisor will reverse the charge.

You can reach someone at corporate by sending and email to Viasatlistens@viasat.com. That goes to the corporate office that monitors this forum. They do not give out the phone number there so, none of us knows that, you have to email them.

I am already a customer - but cannot get thru to speak to customer service
real person unless I want to HOLD FOR 36 mins or longer... I have texted
both technicians .
I have been a customer for exactly one month - & in that one month - you
people need to know that your service is horrendous - connection even on a
good day has to reboot at least every hour & mostly days has issues every 10
mins - they have been out to adjust the dish & made it worse!!!! for the
service your provide it is short of extortion for the price you charge & the
service or NON service..... since my choices in this area is YOUR company -
BUT I felt that I needed to share with your firm - if I could have found your
corporate I would share it with them also & will when I can find it

i asked for a stop payment on my ex girlfriends account and they still frauduently took the money off my card

Your girlfriend needs to pay her debt to Viasat.  If you used your card for her service than you have learned a valuable lesson about girlfriends.

Mine is worse than that. To watch a 1.5 hr movie takes 3.5 hours. That is all time spent rebooting.

i have posted how terrible my service is and company rep - removes comments.... for fowl language ( legal Extortion ) they are the only service available in my area & I have to have internet.... I pay approx $180 for internet only that only works 1/3 of the time.......
