Charged $75 for service I’ve tried to cancel. I want the phone number for the corporate office. No supervisor will reverse the charge.

You can reach someone at corporate by sending and email to Viasatlistens@viasat.com. That goes to the corporate office that monitors this forum. They do not give out the phone number there so, none of us knows that, you have to email them.

I am already a customer - but cannot get thru to speak to customer service
real person unless I want to HOLD FOR 36 mins or longer... I have texted
both technicians .
I have been a customer for exactly one month - & in that one month - you
people need to know that your service is horrendous - connection even on a
good day has to reboot at least every hour & mostly days has issues every 10
mins - they have been out to adjust the dish & made it worse!!!! for the
service your provide it is short of extortion for the price you charge & the
service or NON service..... since my choices in this area is YOUR company -
BUT I felt that I needed to share with your firm - if I could have found your
corporate I would share it with them also & will when I can find it

Matt B. Why dont you have your corporate office refund me my money! When I signed up for viasat we were never told we could only get 12 gb. Of data because unlimited isnt offered in my area! YOU DONT TELL PEOPLE THAT BECAUSE NOBODY WOULD EVER GET 12 GB OF DATA FOR THEIR HOME!!! we run a business from home but cant even scroll through internet,cant have a home Secretary system, cant watch netflix, cant watch YouTube, YOU CANT EVEN SCROLL THROUGH YOUR PHONE!!! after only having the shitty services for a week we cancled and the guy who helped us said we had a valid reason for canceling and put a ticket into corporate to have our charges waived but CORPORATE DENIED IT AND SAID IT WASNT A VALID REASON ARE , so i was still charged for the next 24 months even tho i cancled after A week!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK MATT B! VIASAT'S SERVICES ARE **** AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT AND SO DO YOU!!!

I'm on a 12 gb plan. I routinely use over 100 gb of data a month with no issue.

I had a 10GB plan until last December. Had to use the free zone to get by, but I did.

If you use up your priority data, it will be slow during the evening.  The rest of the time, you can usually get speeds from 1 to 5 mbps providing you are on a Liberty plan.  

I rarely ever end up using my 12 gb of priority data these days because I do the majority of my downloads during the free zone from 3 am to 6 am.

Unless weather is really bad outside, my speed never slows down.
