connectivity issues

Multiple times of day the speed drops to where my phone drops the connection saying its disabled due to slow speed. As I write now im on 4g not on exede... havent had the best experience thusfar being new to the service I ate up 20 gigs first month in a cpl days. Im pretty much confined to use cells on wifi during day and download at nite and hope to make it to end of month with the 20gigs. After the 6 months ill be down to 10 gigs...dont know what ill do....
