Rod, this is not a direct way to contact Exede/Viasat. The best way is to call 855-463-9333 while the problem is happening so that they can see what is going on. Be patient and do the basic troubleshooting steps you will be asked to do, even if you already did them once.
If you cannot all, you can email your account and contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org and, ask them to investigate your slow speeds.
