Connection issues

We constantly have to unplug our modem and let it sit for hours at a time before we can get connectivity. Then it works for a little while then loses the connection again. We are not over our data.

April, you can type 192.168.100.1 in your browser's address bar and you'll be able to see the signal strength. From what you are experiencing I imagine the signal is very low.

Email Diana and she can look at the historical data. If a svc call is required, she can direct you how to proceed.
